Folic Acid             750 mcg

Zinc                      61.8 mg

Ferrous fumarate is a type of iron. Folic acid (folate) is a type of vitamin B. Iron and vitamin B help your body produce and maintain healthy red blood cells.

GC FER Z Tablet  15's is a combination of three supplements, namely: Ferrous fumarate, Folic acid, and Zinc sulphate. Ferrous fumarate acts as a source of iron which helps in the transportation of oxygen throughout the body and the production of red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for the production of healthy red blood cells. Zinc sulphate helps in the growth and development of body tissues and boosts immunity.
